The Litchfield, IL Hampton Inn has earned their 10th consecutive "outstanding" rating on their most recent inspection this past week.  The property scored a 97% overall, with three additional category scores:  overall cleanliness 95.9%, overall condition 95.5%, and brand standards 100%!!  Congratulations to Miranda and her team for their excellent work!  The Hampton Inn recieves quality assurance inspections twice per year on an unannounced basis. The scores are based on the overall appearance & inspection of the property and guest satisfaction surveys.  Miranda and her team should be very proud of this accomplishment!!

Congratulations to the Carpenter Street Hotel for winning the award for Best Renovation of the Year at the annual Downtown Springfield, Inc dinner last week!  The event was held at the Hilton and was attended by approximately 500 people.  On hand to accept the award were Rick McGraw and Jenna McGraw of Hotel Ventures Management, and Rick Walbert of Hospital Sisters Health System. The hotel is very appreciative to DSI for this wonderful honor!

The Hampton Inn of Lincoln, IL has earned an "Outstanding" rating on last week's Quality Assurance inspection.  Their overall score of 95.6% is comprised of three main categories:  Cleanliness 100%, Brand Standards 96.6%, and Condition 90%.  Congrats to Julie and her team for such a great job!!  The staff was treated to an awards lunch yesterday at the hotel.  Keep up the great work!

Our annual company-wide Holiday Food Drive came to a close just before Christmas.  Our staff at the Litchfield Hampton Inn won the contest by collecting 105 items to donate to their local food pantry!  The staff will be rewarded with a pizza party for their efforts!  All totaled, our 6 hotels collected 245 food items and $121 to donate to their local charities this holiday season.  We are very proud to help out our local markets and thank the staff members at all of our hotels for participating!!
